Elizabeth manages cargo regulatory issues for A4A including customs, dangerous goods, mail and e-cargo, and is the cargo subject matter expert for A4A’s Security Department. She serves on the CBP Commercial Operations Advisory Committee (COAC), the Department of Commerce Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness, and on the Air Cargo Subcommittee of TSA’s Aviation Security Advisory Committee (ASAC). She is also a Trade Ambassador to CBP’s Trade Support Network and vice-chair of IATA’s Customs Working Group. Prior to A4A, Elizabeth managed customs and immigration compliance for passengers, crew, and cargo at Delta Air Lines, where she also worked in cargo operations and revenue management. She is a licensed CBP customs broker and FAA flight dispatcher and holds degrees in Law and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a certificate in Airport Planning and Management from Loughborough University (UK). Prior to aviation, she worked in law and public policy in the U.S. and Russia.
